Vegetable oven dish with bruschetta herbs
Every now and then it’s time for a healthy meal with vegetables only! Called it Meatless Monday, Vegetable Friday, whatever you like! It’s your party. Today it’s time for a vegetable oven dish with bruschetta herbs!
- red pepper
- bruschetta herbs (basil, oregano, chili)
- olive oil
Pre heat the oven to 180 C/350 F degrees.
Rinse the vegetables and cut them into little pieces. Place them in the oven dish and pour a bit of oil on them. Stir it up andÂ add the herbs.
Place tray in the oven and let it bake/roast for Â±17 minutes.
