Tuna salad with apple and sundried tomatoes

Tuna is good for maintaining your muscle tone. It’s also delicious but to down a can of tuna on its own is a bit too much for me! Ready to go tuna salads normally contain lactose or gluten so best thing to do is to make your own (it also tastes better). Eat this tuna salad with apple on a piece of bread of use it in a salad.


  • 1 can of tuna (water based)
  • Half an apple
  • 6 sundried tomatoes
  • 1,5 tbsp. glutenfree mayonnaise
  • Squeeze of ketchup
  • Juice from half a lime or lemon
  • Black pepper (I’d suggest you use fresh pepper)

Drain the tuna and put it in a bowl. Cut the apple and sundried tomatoes in little pieces and mix in with the tuna.

Add the mayonaise, ketchup and lime juice and mix until everything is combined properly.

Season to taste with fresh black pepper.
