Smoothie with strawberries
At Foodless.net it’s smoothie time again! Healthy smoothies really benefit your resistance too! I used to have smoothies for breakfast everyday and today I went back to smoothies and had good one. I created a smoothie with strawberries, chia seeds, coconut milk and blood orange juice. The best part about coconut milk in a smoothie is that it makes your smoothie quite creamy without adding any dairy!
Any smoothie with strawberries is a good smoothie in my eyes. I absolutely adore (makes you think of a certain movie doesn’t it?) strawberries.
Ingredients for one strawberry smoothie:
- 5Â large strawberries
- 150 mlÂ blood orange juice
- 1Â tbsp chia seeds
- 1Â tbsp coconut milk
You’ll also need:
- Blender or juicer
Rinse the strawberries and remove the crown. Place everything in the blender and mix until you have a creamy substance.
Pour it into a glass and start you day!
