Smoothie with kale and banana

For the last couple of months, kale has been trending topic in the smoothie industry! But how can a smoothie with kale be tasty? Well, I have found you a great combination for a smoothie with kale and banana to start your day in a proper way!

Recipe for 1 smoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 50 gr raw kale
  • Rice Dream or water
  • a squeeze of lime juice

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth! Put it in a glass and drink it.

TIP: You can add some pears if you prefer a sweeter taste!
