Smoked salmon rolls with lactose free cream cheese

Smoked salmon rolls are definitely my favorite bites. Back in the day (when I was still eating gluten as I didn’t know I was a coeliac) I used to eat smoked salmon rolls with wraps around it. With the gluten loss I made a new recipe (or just left something out, it’s a matter of looking at it). Luckily they have invented lactose free cream cheese which makes it possible to eat these delicious things again! Therefore I have to share this recipe with you guys!

For ±20 smoked salmon rolls:

  • 200 gr. smoked salmon
  • Lactose free cream cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • Cling film

Place a piece of cling film on a chopping bord and put the salmon right on top of it. Spread the cream cheese on top of the salmon and cover it with fresh basil leaves.

Roll up the salmon and wrap the foil around it. I’d suggest you keep it in the fridge for at least half an hour.
Just before serving cut up the rolls in equal pieces.

You can easily make these rolls a day in advance! Just keep them wrapped up in the fridge.
