Simple banana smoothie with strawberries

Smoothies are part of my morning routine since a couple of months. I’m actually surprised how quickly my body is used to healthy breakfasts! (Yes, I do believe that bacon, eggs and bacon are also a healthy breakfast). As I don’t always feel like making a really complicated smoothie with 20 different ingredients I decided om this simple banana smoothie with strawberries.


  • 1 banana
  • 4 large strawberries
  • 3 tsp broken linseed
  • Rice milk

You also need:

  • Blender or juicer

Making a smoothie is really easy and done in a couple of seconds. Peel the banana and rinse the strawberries. Place all the ingredients into the blender and mix it together!

Poor it into a glass and drink it.
