Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees.
  2. Melt the coconut oil and mix together with the bananas and eggs. Make sure that the coconut oil isn’t too hot.
  3. Add the arrowroot, coconut flour, baking soda, vanilla and cinnamon to the mixture and combine.
  4. Chop the walnuts and gently scoop these (and the chocolate chips) through the mixture.
  5. Pour into a cake mold that’s covered with parchment paper and place in the oven for about ±50 minutes. Keep an eye on the cake!
  6. Let the cake cool down and enjoy!
