Raw chocolate fudge

Everyone knows the feeling when you’re craving chocolate but you can’t seem to find it, the stores are closed or you’re just to tired to go to the supermarket. And there’s the fact that fudge contains dairy (and lactose) which could make it difficult for you to digest. Or it contains gluten. A delight like fudge can create so many problems. It doesn’t do it on purpose but still. It’s sort of a love and hate relationship I have with it.

The other day I was sitting on the couch and having one of those craving chocolate episodes. With no fudge nearby I grabbed laptop and started searching. I have found you the best solution: Raw chocolate fudge which is ready in ONE MINUTE (yes, that is in 60 seconds my dear)! This recipe is made by ‘The Rawtarian‘ and is such a succes that I had to share this with you too!

Ingredients for 1:

  • 3 tbsp cocoa (I use Dutch cacao)
  • 2 tsp honey or agave nectar
  • 2 tsp fluid coconut oil

How to prepare raw chocolate fudge:

Of all the recipes I have on this site this is the easiest to prepare. Take all in the ingredients and put them in a small bowl. Grab a spoon and stir until you have a raw chocolate fudge! That’s it, did you do it under a minute?

You can add fruit if you like or just eat it straight away!
