Lactose free chocolate mousse

Lots of people love chocolate and I am one of them! But normally chocolate mousse contains lactose. But now the lactose free whipped cream makes this lactose free chocolate mousse possible again!

Recipe for 4:

  • 200 gr. pure chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
  • 300 ml. lactose free whipped cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. fine sugar

Break a small piece of the chocolate (about 2o grams) and put it away (this will be used later on).

Break the rest of the chocolate into pieces and melt it together with the whipped cream in a bowl above simmering water. Once everything is melted let it cool for 5 minutes.

Mix the yolks through the chocolate 1 by 1. Beat the egg whites until they are shiny, at the sugar and beat until the sugar is solved.

Put the eggwhites into the chocolate and stir! Divide the mousse in four glasses, put them in the fridge for a couple of hours or leave them over night.

Before serving beat the rest of the whipped cream. Grate the last piece of chocolate. Put the whipped cream on the mousse and decorate with the grated chocolate.
