Green tea smoothie with banana and spinach

If y9u’re having green smoothies for breakfast you just get this great boost for the rest of the day. Besides that, green tea is really good for your body and is known for increasing your metabolism (you have to drink an insane amount will it actually help). So I decided to add green tea to my smoothie. It actually worked and was really good! You should try it yourself and enjoy a green tea smoothie with banana and spinach.

Ingredients for one green tea smoothie:

  • 1 cup of strong green tea (cooled down)
  • 1 banana
  • fresh spinach

Preparing this smoothie is not so difficult as you just use a blender or juicer. Just blend it all together until it’s smooth. Pour it in a glass and enjoy!
