Gluten free breakfast: egg and avocado

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you’ll start the day properly with this recipe! Oh! How I love this. Egg and avocado. Very simple but very delicious: just a boiled egg with avocado!

If you like breakfast with avocado there are certainly other recipes you should really taste. Give these two avocado smoothies (one with mango and one with thyme) a try.

Ingredients for egg and avocado:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • salt and pepper

Boil the eggs as long as you like (my eggs are stored in a cupboard and are boiled for 5 minutes).

Peel the eggs, cut them into small chunks. Do the exact same thing with the avocado. Mix both ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste!
