Chocolate covered rice crackers, a lactose free snack

Unfortunately snacks like Snack A Jacks (I really liked them) contain lactose and gluten. You can find rice crackers with a nice layer of chocolate but they are so expensive. You probably agree (I feel like I know you) that anything covered in chocolate is just a good idea. So chocolate covered rice crackers would be a great idea too! Making these baby’s is fairly easy. Enjoy this lactose free snack.

Ingredients for 20 chocolate covered rice crackers:

  • 1,5 pack of rice crackers
  • 100 gr. dark (lactose free chocolate)

The preparation is quite easy, here we go: melt the chocolate in a bowl above simmering water and dip the rice crackers in the chocolate. Besides dipping, you can also use a nice to spread the chocolate on the crackers.

Let the chocolate cool down until hardened and you can enjoy your snack!

I’d suggest to store them in the fridge.

Super simple but super nice right?
